The Spring's Tension And Pressure Measuring Ing System

The spring's tension and pressure maesuring system is analyzed and designed in this paper. In this system, AT89C52 is used as microprocessor; keyboard is designed as 4+4 matrix form, whose scanning is drove by software; the display mode is liquid crystal display(LCD) drove by T6963 chip, the screen size is 240+128 and the character library is designed by self; AT24C64 which is I2C serial EEPROM storage chip produced by ATMEL is used as the system's memorizer; hardware sequence is simulated by software.The system's software is programmed by LabVIEW which has graphic programming environment, and controls system through the interactive graphic front panel and displays the result. The test system's function is flexibly defined and meets user's requirement easily because it is based on computer.The system have good man-machine interface, easy operation, data curve dynamic displayed and parameters memorized automatically. The system real-time exchanges data with PC. Autonomous working is allowable for the system.
