Rotor dynamic devise is the vital ache on rotating mechanism design. And prefiguring critical speed .calculating unbalance response is the central content. With the development of modernization industry, rotating mechanism is working under more highly speed and efficency, while the rotor is more slight. And this bring forward designers much more flinty request. It need to find optimal scheme under some condition to reduce the working unbalance response. Traditionarily passive control is used. That is vibration is analyzed after working. And then to find corresponding step to control. But the development of modern control theory and technology of computer and meterage change the people' s long notion of passive control and vibration reducing on rotating machanism. That is using modern control theory to active control the rotor bearing system. And then to change the design technique radically as to abstain the vibration accident. Herein make an fringe probe into the flexible multi-tray rotor bearing system. Fistly, use mass equivalent method to predigest the original rotor system. Secondly, use transfer matrix arithmetic to have finished the relative program to calculate the critical speed of flexible multi-tray rotor bearing system by MATLAB language.Thirdly.finish program the unbalance response using Riccati-transfer matrix arithmetic and finity buck arithmetic. Fourthly, answer to the high vibration of uncontroled system when cross the critical speed, come out to adopt changing clearance damper bearing to control the viberation. And lastly, numerical value stimulating by MATLAB language indicate the control is effective. Surly, study on active control of rotor bearing system is a progressing application base theory, there is long way to fing no-linear dynamic phenomena on rotor bearing system.
