This paper is based on the "financial power machine rotor vibration fault experimental platform". When we are assembling and testing the high speed flexible rotor test bench ,we Found in gradually increasing the rotor spindle speed reaches a certain speed because of excessive vibration, resulting in speed can not continue to increase adn a critical speed after the amplitude is still in the maximum amplitude and in then rotor speed reduction process, the critical speed value of the deviation. By consulting domestic and foreign literature, we decided to calculat the critical speeds of the rotor test bench of transfer matrix method and use finite element software ANSYS to calculate the rotor vibration experimental platform of critical speed and mode analysis. Then through rotor test-bed experiment, the experiment also focuses on the analysis of the installation of two vertical eddy current displacement sensor will produce certain error in the same plane shaft, after changed installation, we obtain the rotor frequency spectrum, waveform, amplitude and trajectory diagram because of the impact of the platform and the table is not balanced, oil whirl, outside noise and laboratory temperature and humidity, the experimental data results is not accurate enough. Using the EMD method to get the image data to deal with noise. The results of the processed data are compared with the results of the transfer matrix method and the finite element method.In this paper, based on the use of the experimental platform, We found the problem, put forward the problem and solve the problem. Based on the analysis of critical speed and modal analysis of high speed rotor system we reach a conclusion is that analysis of the causes of the errors of various methods. in the analysis of rotating machinery real, we should pay special attention to these causes of errors, make the results more accurate, the rotating machinery to deviate from the critical speed, ensure good operation state, prolong the service life, prevention of rotating machinery is suddenly broken and cause a major accident.
