This paper studies three aspect of problems:topological optimization of vehicle structure intensity of vehicle structure and the dual exploit of ANSYS software. The main contents and conclusion as follow:1. In chapter 2,the paper studies the basic theory of topological optimization method and discusses its application in the field of automobile structural design. Topology optimization of a container semi-dragging trucks applying the topology optimization module of ANSYS software,analysis the optimization result and put forward improving the structure design' s advice;2. In chapter 3,the paper analyzes the structural intensity of bulk-cement delivery semi-trailer submitted to 9 kinds of design loads by using ANSYS software. Studies the analysis result and educes the conclusion of which the strength is sufficient;3. In chapter 4,the paper introduces the intensity electric test of bulk-cement delivery semi-trailer. Analyzes and compares the result of experimental test and finite element calculate and educes the conclusion of which the two results are identical under the permission range of engineering error. For one hand the conclusion validates the result of finite element calculate,on the other hand it ensures the security of the calculate result applies production;4.In chapter 4,the paper studies the dual exploit of ANSYS software,introduces two languages of ANYSY-APDL and UIDL,and exploits the topologyoptimization GUI (Graphical User Interface).Innovative point:Apply the topology optimization method into the structural optimization design of vehicle.For all,Topology optimization design method is a very important development of structural optimization design method,which has an important theory significance and practical value to apply it into the automobile structural design...
