The system of intelligentized navigation belt transmission design based on web that is a new mechanic design way by using Internet. Because mechanic design is a hard and painstaking work, so the traditional mechanic design have many problems, such as the low efficiency, the big calculative error, the waste of manpower and material resources. Today the CAD technology can solve the problem of mechanic design, but because of the zone limitation of CAD software, it is required developing quickly. The design system based on Web uses the character of Internet that is the high efficiency and the easy alternation, so the system is out of the zone limitation and finished design task quickly.The paper started at the theory of belt transmission design, analysised the two design ways of the belt design: compared with character and advantages and disadvantages between the two ways. Introduced the new way of the belt type selection. The system design uses the several different computer languages to carry out the display and update of the dynamic website and intelligentized navigation, such as Java, Jsp, JavaScript, Html ,and so on. The system uses JDBC of Java as the bridge to connect with database, implemented the connection of the long distance database on server, dynamic achieved to select and calculate datas. At last the paper discusses how to use the JavaBeans in the process of design.Used the management of computer database and the development of Internet at very fast speed, combined with the character of traditional mechanic design, the system solves the disadvantages and limitation of the common software. More over the system is achieved the belt trasmission design by using computer program on server. This system is a new teaching and self-study system that can make more students understand and study the knowledges of mechanic.
