In this dissertation, the model Y11X-2221 electrical connector as the object, the failure mechanism and reliability test method and test data statistical analysis method of electrical connectors under vibration stress has been research.Firstly, briefly stated the reliability research developing history and current situation at home and abroad, the reliability test method and developing trends, the statistical analysis method and existing problems, and electrical connectors reliability research' s current situation and existing problems.Secondly, through analyzing the failure instance of electrical connectors in using and testing environment, educed contact fault was a main mode of failure of electrical connectors. On natural working conditions, the main reasons which caused fault of electrical connector were contact stress decreasing, microseism wearing and tearing and surface film growing. While the main factor that affected their were environment vibration and temperature.Thirdly, through analyzing the structure and dynamic character of electrical connectors under vibration stress, then researching the failure mechanism of electrical connectors under vibration, attained failure physics equation of electrical connectors. And combining with the theory of probability and statistics, set up a reliability statistical model of electrical connectors affected on vibration stress, that is REVERSE POWER LAW梂eibull Model, laid a foundation for working out electrical connector reliability test plans and treating electrical connectors test data.Fourthly, through the accelerated life test of electrical connectors under vibration stress and statistical analysis of test data, verified that the reliability statistical model of electrical connectors is correct. Then, took least squares estimator of test data as preliminary estimate, applied versatile maximum likelihood estimate method to treat test data, obtained the estimators of electrical connectors reliability characteristic values.Eventually, gave a conclusion to research content of entire dissertation, and proposed the research content of the reliability test and analysis of electrical connectors, and the research direction of this Foundation project.
