Electrical connector as a kind of basic components in the model of weapons and equipment,mainly used to pass electric signal and electric energy.Its application number in the weapon equipment is very much,and its failure will lead to the whole equipment failure.Therefore,the storage reliability of the electrical connector is much unusually important for the reliability of the whole equipment.During the storage period,electrical connector and equipment will go through loading and transportation,static storage,inspection and maintenance stages.During this period,electrical connector will be affected successively by vibration,temperature and insertion-extraction three stresses combined effect.In order to evaluate the storage reliability level of the electrical connector under the three combined stresses,this study taking Y11P-1419 electrical connector commonly used in model and equipment as the research object analyses their environmental effects and failure mechanism in storage environment.Based on this,the storage reliability model of electrical connector is established.And then the combined stress acceleration test scheme of the electrical connector was designed according to simulating the actual storage situation.The accelerated test of vibration followed by temperature and insertion-extraction was carried out for the electrical connector according to the test scheme.Finally,the storage reliability level of electrical connector is evaluated by using the test data.In chapter 1,the research on background and significance of the full text are elaborated.Based on the accelerated life test method,statistical model and statistical analysis of test data,the research status of accelerated life test technology is summarized,and then the research status of reliability acceleration test of electrical connector at home and abroad is also summarized.According to the deficiencies of the existing research,the purpose and content of this paper are put forward.In chapter 2,Through the analysis of storage environment effect,failure mode and failure mechanism,it is concluded that the main failure mode of electrical connector is contact failure under the combined stresses of vibration,temperature and insertion-extraction in turn.And the contact failure mechanism of electrical connectors was analyzed from the physical and chemical microscopic molecular level.In chapter 3,according to the storage environment and failure mechanism analysis of electrical connector,the contact property degradation model,accelerated degradation equation and life distribution model of electrical connector under the combined stresses of vibration,temperature and insertion-extraction are established,which subsequently paves the way for accelerated life test scheme design and the test data statistical analysis.In chapter 4,The combined stresses accelerated test scheme of the electrical connector under vibration,temperature and insertion-extraction is designed by simulating the actual storage environment of the electrical connector.Taking Y11P-1419 electrical connector as test sample,the accelerated test of vibration followed by temperature and insertion-extraction was carried out according to the test scheme.In chapter 5,based on the collected data of combined stresses accelerated life test of electrical connector,firstly,the vibration stress accelerated life test data are analyzed statistically,and the unknown parameters of accelerated degradation model of contact performance under vibration stress are obtained,and then the influence of vibration stress on the degradation of contact resistance of electrical connector is evaluated;Secondly,temperature and insertion-extraction stresses accelerated life test data are analyzed statistically after basis of vibration accelerated test data statistical analysis,and the parameter estimate of the accelerated degradation model under the combined stresses of temperature and insertion-extraction are given,and then the storage reliability level of electrical connector under combined stresses of vibration,temperature and insertion-extraction in turn is evaluated;Finally,according to test data,the influence of vibration,temperature and insertion-extraction stress on the contact performance of the electrical connector is analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods.Finally,a systematic summary of this study is made,and the future research is prospected.
