Sliding Construction In Long-Span Steel Truss Structure

In recent years with the increasing application of long-span building in China, the construction technology correspondingly has developed into a new phase. The paper summarizes the gradually mature technics in theory, and detailed analyzes the related technical problems, so that it may extend the application of advanced technics and enhance technological level of all the construction industry.First, the paper starts with the concept of long-span structure, and introduces the familiar form, material, development and appli cation of long-span building in brief. Referring to some type of the structure such as plane truss, grid truss and grid shell, the author dissertates the common construction technique including whole installation, integral propping up, integral lifting, high altitude construction in bulk, member assembly and sliding construction. Concerning the steel truss system that has been most common used in practice, the dissertation describes the material, conformation and development in particular. Second, the author proceeds with the sliding construction which was carried out in space-truss. And then in detail the paper explains the main technique in sliding construction, which includes jacking scheme, plan layout, assembly, transport and stacking of component, setting of sliding system, setting of track, conformation of falsework, traction facility etc. Third, the paper researches on several key points which are sum-up about technics flow of sliding construction, the select of falsework by bearing capacity which was calculated through three methods, the theoretic discuss on auto-control, dynamic or static inspect and adjust. Last, based on the theory, the paper gives two applied examples of sliding construction; one is Shenzhen Airport Building, the other is Shenyang Airport Building.
