With China’s rapid economic development, the traffic pressure of roads, especially highway and national and provincial road has became more and more big, meanwhile the security work during the construction process also has caused the great attention of governments. As the new road surface is more and more wide, more and more steel-truss bridges have been used in the railroad bridge construction because of the large-span. Because the steel-truss bridge has the advantages of structural stability, large span, easy to factory process and install, easy to maintain, so it has been widely used in the highway and railway constructions. However, during the construction of large-span steel-truss bridge, the management technology is complicated, and there are many influencing factors and potential risks. So in order to guarantee the smooth construction, we must strengthen the management and control. At present, although we have had the construction technologies and managerial experiences which had reached international advanced level, however, from the angle of the construction process, technology and management, we are still lack of construction guide and standardization management technology.53In this paper, we have studied the common quality faults which are likely to appear in the construction process, meanwhile combining with 160 kilometers passenger and freight lines 64m through railway steel-truss bridge, we have studied the reasonable form and structural design, standardized operation key technology of steel truss assemble construction, prestressing camber setting and monitoring and control technology of structural stress, from the angle of the construction process, technology and management. Finally we verify that this bridge is safe and reliable through static and dynamic test. From this we established a set of operable construction guidelines and measures for the administration, to effectively eliminate the quality common fault, to eliminate construction safety hidden trouble, to raise the level of construction management, to realize railway construction standardization, meanwhile to provide the reference for the future similar engineering construction.
