A School Intelligent Transportation Professional Construction Project Progress Management

The theory of schedule management had been researched deeply and used skillfully abroad. There are some theory research of schedule management domestic, but the theory of schedule management isn’t applied widely, the effect of specialty construction doesn’t show fully.This text mainly discuss the schedule planning and control method’s application on Specialty construction project. In order to solve the problems which happen in specialty construction project’s schedule planning and control during construction phase, this text mainly discuss from the applicability and operability, build the process and pattern of specialty construction project’s schedule planning and control, systemically discuss how to apply schedule planning and control method on specialty construction project. On the basis of schedule planning and control theory, chose the theory which suit specialty construction project. In schedule development process, focusing on the work breakdown (WBS), the application of single code network chart, Gantt chart, critical path method and program evaluation and review technique. In process control, focusing on schedule control theory, progress detection method, Gantt chart comparison method and schedule lag schedule update method, etc.. In this paper, the intelligent transportation professional construction project as an example, the process of the preparation and progress control of the progress schedule is introduced in detail.This paper focuses on the application of applying project management method to the intelligent transportation major construction projects, solve the practical work plan is not clear, the problem of inadequate control of, the progress management of similar projects have certain reference significance.
