With the sustainable and healthy development of China, construction industry has been an essential part of our national economy. Although China is a full member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), most of the Chinese engineering construction enterprises have disadvantages in management, scale, anti-risk capability and competitiveness, etc. The theory and methodology of Project Management are applied to the real estate, which plays a key role in enhancing competitiveness of engineering construction enterprises.The General Contractor unit of Qingdao outsourcing training base project is ZhongQi Holding Group Co., Ltd. which with industry-leading R & D capabilities and design capabilities.
