Common rail diesel was a kind of typical hi-tech intensive product, which rolled the mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer, control, semiconductor and other disciplinesis into one.ECU (electronic control unit)was the core part of common rail diesel control system,its control chip have more kinds,more development platforms,various architecture and update quickly, which have a negative effect on portability, standardability,tailorability and manageability of basic software between different ECU. At the background of international standardization in automotive embedded software architecture, it’s great significance to research and development software codes that have the characteristics of portability, interchangeability and can guarantee the reliability of software function modules, meet the requirements of the international standardization also.Traditionally, the engine speed signal drive was managed by time, which have a close relationship with the speed of the engine. Can rapidly responsed to the engine state under the many and complicated working conditions of engine was related to the performance of power, economy and emission. A kind of managing engine speed signal drive method that have nothing to do with the engine speed and based on the angle base was put forward,which was organized by state machine and can accurately judged the cylinder position and fuel injection time,the precision is 0.01 degree and the error is 0.0003 degree.The basic theory of K~2BSW was analyzed and realized based on the MCU TC1728 and software package MC-IS AR of Infineon under the K2SAR architecture, combined with the actual needs of YN30CRD ECU and the content of this subject, modular approach was adopted to research and realize the speed signal drive content that took as complex drive components, including the dual criteria for the identification of the tooth signal module, the confidence of the window module and so on, which managed by state machine; Interrupt system was divided into PHASE interrupt, GAP interrupt and STATIC interrupt, the tasks of complex drive components were processed using coprocessor PCP interrupt system,which have real-time and flexibility, also can reduce the CPU load; The BootLoader supported the ASC mode and CAN mode was designed,which can operated the developed program such as read, write, brush,protection and so on, at the ASC mode and CAN mode, the Baudrate respectively reach 580000 bits/s and 1000000 bits/s; The generator of speed synchronous signal was designed through transforming the adjustable voltage information into the simulation of engine speed signal,with signal can be gradient, strong real-time, high synchronization precision, simple hardware development and adjustable signal plate tooth number, which facilitated the hardware in the loop test.The results based on the hardware in loop test and bench test have verified the effectiveness of designing the speed signal drive modular,so as to have verified the availability and applicability of using PCP interrupt system processed the tasks of complex drive components,then have further verified the implementation of K2SAR architecture and K2BSW basic software modules.
