Design And Application Of Paper - Plastic Compound Bag Making Machine

The paper-plastic composite bag becomes the most popular bag so far, for its strength, air permeability and aging-resistance are better than traditional plastic bag’s and paper-plastic bag can be recycled. Currently, the paper tube maker used by businesses has many problem, such as unstable product quality, high product reject rate, low production rate and a few specifications of product. With the increase in demand of food packaging bags, fertilizer bags, minerals bags and other powder-packing bags, it is very important to manufacture the paper tube maker with high efficiency, high quality and variable specifications of product. The outlines as followed:Firstly of all, we optimize the process of making paper tube for paper-plastic compound bag according to the features of machine, then determine the implementations of typical process and design the overall layout of the machine. After analyzing the functions and parameters of the machine, we design the system of driveline and adjustment mechanism, draw the two-dimensional layout of transmission in AutoCAD, calculate the key parameters of transmission system at the meanwhile.Secondly, we design the paper feeding module, graphics imprint module, auxiliary module, paper tube shaping module and cutting module, establish the tree-dimensional solid model of machine in SolidWorks, then analyze the modal of cutting box with ANSYS Workbench, and put forward optimize direction of the cutting box structure.Also we design the control system of the equipment with the core of S7-200, the main circuit and control circuit. According to the requirements of production process, the master control program is designed in STEP 7 based on block-oriented programming ideas, the entire system achieves automatic control, reduces operability of workers and enhances reliability.At last, the performance of the equipment and production is tested and the results show that the bag tube making machine runs steadily and reliably, satisfies the requirement of pre-production process, improves the automatic level of bag tube making machine and production speed, and enhances the market competence of enterprise.
