Composite winding paper tube has been widely used in the technique of oil and gas production. However, there are some questions in the current production process of composite winding paper tube, such as quality unstable, large differences in the mechanical properties, low precision, labor-intensive, low utilization rate of raw materials and so on. So, research the key technologies of composite wound paper tube to solve problems in production is very important for the technique of oil and gas production.The main content of the thesis includes the following four aspects.(1) Reinforced material, base material, molding process and curing system has been selected.(2)Mechanical testing standards have been established. It includes the preparation of standard specimens, the static mechanical properties testing and the dynamic performance testing. Comprehensive Strength Index has been proposed to show comprehensive mechanical properties of composite winding paper tube. On this basis, each factor has been deeply analyzed. Quantitative data has been obtained. Optimal value of each factor has been calculated by mathematical methods.(3) Based on the above studies, winding model of composite winding paper tube bas been created. It includes the basic model and the parameter optimization model. The basic model composed by hoop winding rule, relations of the main motion parameters and the main factors. The parameter optimization models composed by optimization of the basic parameters and calculate the winding process parameters.(4)According to the winding model, process of composite winding paper tube has been formulated and the main processes were analyzed. Technical requirements and precautions were proposed in different processes. At the same time, the designs of critical control modules in the molding equipment were suggested.
