In recent years,most of the paper cup forming machines on the market have defects such as low efficiency,low automation,and high noise,which cannot meet the requirements of market safety and effective production and market consumption.In the current daily necessities consumer market.Muffin Cup is used as a container for cakes,baking,cream,etc.The raw material of the paper is film-spraying paper.Because of its thin thickness,it is easy to be damaged in production and processing.Therefore,the processing equipment is required to have high positioning and manufacturing precision.The high-speed Muffin paper cup machine developed by this project aims to improve production and processing efficiency,ensure paper cup processing quality,reduce production cost and extend equipment life.The work done to achieve the above requirements is as follows:(1)Based on the working principle and characteristics of the existing paper cup machine on the market,the overall plan of the design of high-speed muffin paper cup machine is proposed.The production process of paper cup is as follows: paper feeding,preforming,flanging,shaping,finished product collection.According to the production process method,the high-speed Muffin paper cup machine is determined to be a multi-station,intermittent motion automatic machine,and the design method of the corresponding feed system scheme is given.(2)Based on the structural design requirements of the Muffin paper cup machine,the method of designing the structure of each component of the Muffin paper cup machine was proposed.The design of the Muffin paper cup machine should be noted and the measures to solve the problem should be summarized.The Solidworks software was used to model the components of the paper cup machine,and the virtual prototype was constructed.The structure analysis of the high-speed Muffin paper cup machine was carried out,and the feasibility and rationality of the design method were verified.(3)Based on the ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation software,the static simulation analysis of the high-speed Muffin paper cup machine is carried out to explore its structural reliability.On this basis,the static and dynamic characteristics of key components are analyzed.Topology optimization and structure parameter optimization are used to optimize and analyze the key components of paper cup machine,and the path of reducing weight and material and reducing cost is refined.
