Users’ capability of using products refers to the integration of thecompetence level onphysical strength, intelligence, sensibility and controllability. It is the objective condition for users to see whether they can achieve the goals in the process of using the products. Products appear as a medium between people and environments. Their utilization capability is studied and analyzed from the perspective of human beings and the capability of using products for users so as to coordinate the relationship between product and people and balance the positive and negative feelings from the products.With thedevelopment of the age and technology, people are increasingly involved in high tech and highly intelligent products in ordinary life, while they are continuouslyadjust themselves to the changes. It’s essential to study the users’ capability of using products toknow about how tolet new products flow into the daily life and work of the average people. Throughguiding the users, this paper intends to make people get used to or enhance their capability of using products and help them accept and use the products correctly.
