Demand response(DR),as an effective means to promote the balance of power supply and demand,plays an increasingly significant role in the operation and management of power systems in countries around the world.With the increasing opening of the electricity market to the user side and the promotion of electric vehicles(EV),electric vehicle loads have become another major DR resource.Previous studies tended to analyze the electricity consumption behavior of clustered EV users,ignoring the differences in individual EV users’ travel habits,reducing the predictability of EV users’ DR capabilities,and failing to customize a suitable DR program for each user.In order to improve the enthusiasm of EV users to participate in DR and the agent’s control of the user’s DR capabilities,this paper studies the following contents based on the historical electricity consumption data of EV users:1.Analysis of EV users’ charging and travel rules.The EV user behavior characteristic label system is proposed,and the decision tree analysis method and the longitudinal analysis method are used to analyze the charging and travel laws of EV users.2.Evaluation of EV user demand response capability.Based on the statistical analysis method of the user’s historical charging data,the EV user demand response capability is evaluated,and the capacity of the user to participate in the load response and the reliability of the response are quantified.3.Research on customization of DR scheme for EV users.Propose a custom method of DR contract based on user’s historical charging data,including contract content and transaction settlement process;study the V2 G pricing method of EV users.4.Verification of the method proposed in this article.Using the method in this article,analyze part of the historical charging data of EV users disclosed on the Internet,and customize the DR contract for each EV user.The benefits of EV users and agents who represent different combinations of users are analyzed,and the effectiveness of the method in this paper is verified.The analysis function of EV user charging and travel rules proposed in this article can be integrated into the smart charging pile on the user side.EV agents can customize the DR scheme for the user only with the data analysis results of the user,which is conducive to ensuring the security of user data.The user’s DR customization program proposed in this article can provide a reference for the formulation of the DR contract of EV agents.By mobilizing the enthusiasm of EV users to participate in DR,it is conducive to demand response and the sustainable development of the EV market.
