China has large population and distribution is not concentrated, which is the status quo that the power supply enterprises are facing. In order to ensure the normal operation of the power system, power supply enterprise workers need to run around in the various meter site for the investigation and maintenance. However in real life, the phenomenon of destruction of electric energy metering box can be seen everywhere, and the phenomenon of destructing the electric energy meter or bypassing the electric energy meter and electric larceny directly is not uncommon. With the development of society, the means of electricity stealing are also getting more and more covert, the electricity stealing ways are more and more complex, intelligent and varied. In view of the field metering device, there are problems such as "lack of ability to prevent,the phenomenon of non normal use of electricity, and the lack of on-site inspection methods".According to these practical problems, this paper designs an alarm monitoring system based on GPRS wireless network communication.First of all, this paper has made a detailed inquiry from the status quo and anti-stealing electricity etc. Combined with the reality, the corresponding measures and monitoring methods are put forward.Secondly, the design of anti-electric larceny real-time alarm management system has been established. According to the actual needs, the whole system design is composed of three parts:Alarm terminal, Lock device terminal and Monitoring center. In this system, the STM32F103RCT6 chip is chosen as the control core of the alarm terminal, the STC12C5A60S2 chip is selected as the control core of the lock device terminal and the STC12C5204 AD chip is selected as a mechanical lock; choosing configuration software King View 6.55 as center station room monitoring and control software. Alarm terminal is the core part of the whole system,collection terminal through a door opening sensor, vibration sensor, magnetic sensor, power detection circuit and infrared signal receiving sensor for a variety of signal acquisition, designing for multiple protective working mode,and through the GPRS wireless network translates data information. Through these ways, it can achieve the purpose of monitoring and measuring device.The circuit design and the function of each module are introduced in detail, and the software programming is carried out for each part to realize the communication and coordination between the parts.Finally, the welding debugging and software testing of each module of the system are finished, and the experimental platform of the alarm monitoring system is successfully built.
