With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,more and more information required by railway informatization should be transmitted by wireless data transmission.GSM-R is a dedicated system which is aimed at meeting the requirement of mobile communication for railway.GPRS network which is based on GSM-R is to provide wireless data transmission services for railway operation dispatching information,railway facilities maintenance management information,passenger service information and other non-secure wireless data.Because of the key network elements of GPRS in GSM-R are lack of real-time and effective monitoring means on actual business,it is difficult to find equipment malfunctions in the first time and exist big security hidden danger.Once failure to discover and deal with the business interruption,it must influence driving safety.So there is a tremendous need to design and implement an active monitoring system for GPRS network to ensure railway traffc safety.This thesis will mainly describe the background and meaning of the system,related technology,requirement analysis,architecture design,design and implementation of the main functional module and system tests.The system is based on.NET platforms and C/S structure,using distributed architecture.The system mainly contains real time test data acquisition,real time test data analysis,interior monitoring,real time data visualization display,user management,equipment management,exception information processing and so on.This thesis will describe the design and implementation of the system as a whole and each module.I was responsible for the design and development of real time test data acquisition,real time test data analysis and real time data visualization display,Furthermore,I have been involved in design and development of system distributed architecture and communication architecture.Implementation of the system will perfect current GPRS network monitoring tools and the system can real time monitor whether key network elements of GPRS are online and working normally.If there is any problem,the system will give warning without delay to maximum compress the delay for maintainer approach problems.At the same time,the system will provide a low entry monitoring client,related business and standards are encapsulated in server which means users can intuitively check whether key network elements of GPRS are abnormal without related knowledge.
