At present,the kitchen fire has a large proportion in the family safety accidents.Especially,there are the increasing asphyxiation and explosion caused by the leakage of coal gas and natural gas.In the north of winter,the usage of gas increases,and the Windows and doors are closed.If there is a gas leak,it is very likely to cause gas poisoning even fire,which greatly endangers people's life and property safety.Therefore,it is meaningful to study a warning system for monitoring kitchen environment to avoid accidents.In this thesis,a intelligent monitoring system in the kitchen based on STM32 is introduced to monitor and alarm the kitchen environment in real time and take corresponding protective measures independently.The whole system is implemented on STM32F103RCT6single-chip microcomputer.First of all,the monitoring module is composed of DS18B20 temperature sensor and MQ-2 gas sensor to detect the temperature and smog concentration or carbon monoxide concentration in the kitchen.Secondly,the alarm module is divided into two parts,one of which is sound-light alarm,which is realized by LED lamp and active buzzer.The other part is the MMS alarm,which is completed through the GPRS network of the SIM800 C module.The last protective measure is to control the relay to turn on the electric fan and sprinkler to achieve the purpose of smog driving and fire extinguishing respectively.In addition,in order to realize the interaction between the user and the scene environment,the user can input the relevant commands through the way of sending SMS by mobile phone to control the camera to collect a frame of picture.And the user can take pictures to view at any time according to their own wishes.This thesis mainly discusses the research contents of sensor data collection,sound-light alarm,image collection and storage,sending of MMS,reading of SMS.The software of the whole system is developed on the Keil u Vision5 platform.The experiments show that the mobile phone successfully received the 151 K bytes image data sent from the single-chip microcomputer through the GPRS network,and the single chip microcomputer also successfully received SMS messages sent from the cell phone and controlled the camera to take pictures.Besides,the single-chip microcomputer successfully controlled the relay to close the switch of fan and sprinkler.Through the constant debugging and improvement of the system,the system can run well and steadily.
