Research And Practice On The Cangzhou Yihe Park Apartment Interior Space Suitable For The Old Design

In this paper,based on the existing needs and problems in the development of China's senior citizens' apartments,taking the old-age as the starting point,the study and practice of the interior design of the old apartment in Zhangzhou and Paradise were conducted.Summarizes the lack of old-fashioned design of elderly apartments in the country and the incompleteness of the old-age care system.A comparative study of the development of pension facilities in developed countries and their systems is conducted.Aiming at the differences in the cultural background between Eastern and Western countries,the design concept of "multi-generation residences" for senior citizens is introduced,and specific design strategies are proposed to provide reference for the research of similar projects.With reference.Design Demand Report:The Demand Report analyzes the changes in China's current pension model,the existing problems in the design of elderly care facilities,and summarizes the specific needs of the senior citizens' apartments in Zhangzhou.Concluded as follow:As China's aging population intensifies,the old-age pension model for traditional home care is difficult to maintain.The old-age pension model has been diversified and it has created demand for the construction of elderly apartments.Problems existed in the domestic pension facilities such as the imperfection of the classification system and the imperfection of old-age design.Theoretical research report:The research report on old-age design theory of indoor space for elderly apartments is divided into three parts:First of all,Through the literature search,we will learn about the development of foreign senior citizens' housing and the classification system of their old-age care facilities,and conduct a comparative study on the old-age care facilities represented by Western countries and Europe and developed countries in Asia.Secondly,Analysis and summary of excellent design cases to understand the key points and priorities of their old-fashioned designs.Thirdly,Aiming at the differences between Eastern and Western countries'cultural backgrounds and family concepts,the design concept of "multiple generations of residence" was introduced,and the specific design concepts and strategies were summed up in light of the specific needs of the elderly apartments at Yanhe Land.The design process report:elaborated the design concept,ideas,methods and skills of the old-age design of the old apartment in the park,and pushed the design proposal.It is mainly divided into two aspects:In terms of function setting of the elderly apartments,ensure that their supporting facilities for retirement services are complete and complete,and the indoor public event space and residential space layout are in line with the physiological characteristics of the elderly.The concept of "multi-generation residence" was introduced in the residential part of the elderly housing to meet the old-age willingness and psychological needs of the elderly.In the interior decoration of old apartment buildings,decorative elements are extracted from the local culture.The public event space mainly focuses on the theme of the canal water of Luzhou and combines with the specific needs of the owners to decorate the space environment.The decorative style is mainly composed of simple atmosphere.Design summary report:Evaluate the research results obtained by the design,analyze the insufficiencies and causes of old-age design for senior citizens' apartments,and look forward to the follow-up research and practice.
