Intelligent flow control valve is a new type of automatic flow control device. As a flow regulating device, it is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power and other industrial department to control fluid flow in the production process. And it has an indispensable role in industrial production. Intelligent temperature control valve, as a kind of key device, must be configured for large-scale fan, compressor, generator, steam turbine and motor. And it is also applied in the heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems for the temperature control. At present, the mechanical power units in such devices are driven by motor. However, due to Long-term mechanical rotary motion of motor, this type of flow regulating valve shows the characteristics of a large loss, high energy consumption, the failure rate and high production cost. But relatively less innovation research is found about this aspect in our country. As a result, this paper designed an electric heating intelligent flow regulating valve. The intelligent flow regulating valve adopted the run mode which electric heating and drive the valve. Mechanical movement may develop problems when motor drive regulating valve. But the intelligent flow regulating valve can achieve intelligent control on the basis of avoiding the problem effectively.This paper firstly introduced the developing situation and the research situation of the intelligent flow regulating valve. Taking heating control system as an example, it discussed the technical requirements, control requirements and its overall structure of the intelligent regulating valve in the heating system. At the same time, it given software and hardware design, mathematical model of internal controller and system control algorithm of the electric heating intelligent flow regulating valve. In the aspect of hardware design, this paper adopted the idea of modular circuit design. STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller was selected as its CPU to complete the hardware circuit design of the power input module, display module, electric actuator, control module, temperature acquisition module, keys module and communication module and so on, and OLED panel was selected as the human-computer interaction interface. In the aspect of software, the article has completed the main program, PID algorithm program and the other subroutines according to the control demand analysis of the electric heating intelligent flow regulating valve. On this basis, this paper described research, design and prototype production process of the electric heating intelligent flow regulating valve in detail. Finally, this paper introduced the design and data analysis of PC test system. And the functions of the electric heating intelligent flow regulating valve were tested in laboratory. Test data analysis also showed that the intelligent flow regulating valve can fully meet the control requirements and technical requirements. And control algorithm can achieve the expected control effect.
