China's central heating area is huge,heating energy consumption accounts for more than 20% of building energy consumption.With the national clean heating requirements put forward,heating issues are becoming more and more concerned.However,there are two problems to be solved urgently in the terminal building of central heating system: horizontal imbalance between buildings and vertical imbalance within buildings.Heat metering can solve the vertical imbalance of double-pipe system in buildings,but the vertical imbalance of single-pipe system has always existed,and most of the heat metering meters installed at the end-user side are idle.Therefore,the research team proposed a comprehensive solution to vertical and horizontal imbalances: regulating heating at the building thermal entrance to achieve the balance between supply and demand of heating energy can solve the horizontal imbalance between buildings;reversing the regulation of building heating system can solve the vertical imbalance of single-pipe system.A four-way directional control valve for building uniform heating is proposed,which can realize this method.Taking the concept machine as a starting point,this paper designs and develops an intelligent equipment installed in the building thermal inlet and realizing heat regulation and heat supply commutation for the heating system,designs and develops the prototype of the equipment,establishes its performance test platform,tests and studies its dynamic working characteristics,and verifies its feasibility through demonstration engineering application,which lays a foundation for further improvement and promotion of the equipment.Foundation.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the development of existing central heating technology,the method and conceptual machine of building uniform heating are put forward.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of central heating system from heat source to terminal building,from design to operation,finds out the causes of horizontal and vertical imbalance of terminal building,and summarizes the development status of terminal building adjustment device.Secondly,according to the functional requirements of the concept machine,a prototype of four-way commutation control valve is designed and developed.Energy balance method and commutation heating method are used to solve the problem of terminal buildings.The requirements of the two methods are studied and the design requirements of intelligent equipment are put forward.According to the heating design standard,the design condition of intelligent heating equipment is put forward,and the design calculation of the equipment is carried out.Thirdly,a test-bed for testing the performance of four-way directional control valves is designed and developed.The main body of intelligent equipment is four-way directional control valve.According to the principle of test error distribution,the performance test scheme of the valve is designed and the test bench is established.Fourthly,the performance test of four-way directional control valve has been completed,and the design of valve body has been continuously improved based on the analysis of test results.The resistance of the valve,the accuracy of the valve flowmeter and the opening-flow coefficient curve of the valve are tested.Finally,according to the engineering test results of single-pipe system,the vertical imbalance of single-pipe system can be alleviated by reversing heating,and the vertical imbalance of the pilot system can be changed from 3 to 1.The research work in this paper provides equipment for solving the two major long-term problems of central heating.It has positive significance for promoting the intelligent transformation of central heating,realizing urban intelligent heating as soon as possible,reducing energy consumption and pollution emissions of central heating,and improving the quality of heating.
