| Green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing pattern taking comprehensiveconsideration of the environmental influence and resources consumption, it is notonly a new approach that aims at realizing Eco-Industry and sustainabledevelopment of the society, but also a critical path to implement the source controlof the environment pollution. The research and implementation of greenmanufacturing not only avail to the coordinated development of the economy andthe environment, but also avail to the sustainable development of the nationaleconomy and the realization of the strategic objectives.The paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation project, whichis called “the uncertainty analysis and multi-objectives robust decision-making ofthe green manufacturing processâ€(item number:51075142).We read a lot of relatedinformation at home and abroad, and collect and sort out these field data. Then, westudy the basic theory of interval number, the analysis and evaluation of resourceconsumption and environmental impact characteristics, multi-objective robustdecision-makings and other aspects. All these are based on the actual situation inthe machining in the factory.(1) The paper introduces the classifications and description of uncertainty anddescribes the algorithms of interval number and interval extension principle, whichraises the definition and characters of relative dominance and builds the theoryfoundation in calculation of the interval number in the following chapters.(2) After analyzing the properties of the resource consumption andenvironment impact in the manufacturing process, a method is put forward toanalyze resource and environmental attributes in the connecting rod manufacturingprocess combing the connecting rod processing technology between492QAintegral type and split type. Besides, the research combines the typical technologyIPO process and the input process, machining, output information in the eachprocess model in the connecting rod machining process, and then some IPO processmodels are built, which are cutting, tempering, assembling, rolling.(3) A resource and environmental attributes evaluation method is proposedconsidering the impact of environmental uncertainty and measurement error andother factors, which is based on interval number. Also, we introduce the principleof this method and steps of the solving weight in the analytic hierarchy process. After combining the site data in the engine connecting rod process, the weight ofeach evaluation index are obtained, and then we evaluate the resource andenvironmental attributes of four processing route. Finally, we compare the relativegreen among the four processing route.(4) The research establishes a multi-objective robust decision-making indexsystem of connecting rod machining process, which is based on the setting thoughtsand principles of evaluation index. The multi-objective robust decision-makingmodel is established considering the four decision objectives “cost C, quality Q,time T, thegreen Gâ€. Using the model, the research testes and analyzes the route inthe connecting rod process route. |
