| Elevator has become an essential product in our daily lives in a high-rise building. Elevator door machine is an important part of the elevator, which is responsible for opening and closing the elevator car door, so the assembly efficiency and quality of security issues deeply affect operation of the elevator. General assembly line causes labor-intensive and low degree of the production process automation, which has been far from meeting the needs of the door machine assembly. The subject based on the design and development of elevator door assembly line automated delivery system has profound practical engineering significance.Based on the actual needs of the elevator door assembly,this paper design an automated conveyor of elevator door assembly line, which is set logistics facilities, mechanical, electrical, Pneumatic and PLC control in one device and can meet the function requirement of elevator door assembly, testing and packaging.First, combined with the spatial layout of door assembly process and on-site workshops we design the overall scheme of the conveying system. Secondly, in adoption of modular design concept, introducing design process of three kinds of typically conveying equipment of delivery system. Then using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to verify reliability of key parts-vertical lift. Finally, through the analysis of motion characteristics of the entire transport system, delivery system uses pneumatic transmission technology and PLC control technology. Pneumatic systems mainly choose pneumatic components and design pneumatic circuit. PLC control system is mainly about the design of the PLC hardware and software, circuit diagrams, flowcharts and program design.The actual operation of the field text shows that the whole system can work properly, achieve automation of elevator door assembly delivery, reduce labor intensity and improve assembly efficiency and quality. |
