This subject belongs to the national debt item of "erosion control blanket product technology and domestic production of equipment" . In China, the studies on the domestic production of erosion control blanket production line are underway. The pneumatic conveying system is one of the key subsystems, which directly influence product quality and domestic production effect. Based on the analysis of import equipments, and looking up many references, this paper firstly provides the domestic production design and study on the pneumatic conveying of erosion control blanket production line. The main contents of this thesis include the following ways:1. The basic principle of pneumatic conveying, the qualities of some kind of materials like straw, and the choice of designing parameters of pneumatic conveying are introduced. The pressure loss model is set up.2. Every equipment and structure of pneumatic conveying system are analyzed in detail. The selection of domestic blower is solved. The cost and energy consumption are decreased.3. Through the research on pneumatic conveying system, the improving measures are provided and the conveying worm is redesigned.4. The reasons of pipeline blocking are analyzed. The movement state of this kind of material like straw in the syphon is researched.
