The traditional automobile brake disc vibration detection transmission line process separation,can only detect the brake disc surface alone,can not meet the mixed flow production,but also can not be integrated deployment management,at the same time can not do without a large number of labor force participation.Considering the assembly error of brake disc,hub assembly and steering knuckle assembly,the possibility of brake jitter can be reduced by detecting assembly post-assembly.Therefore,a new automatic surface vibration detection system based on Mitsubishi PLC controller is designed.The system can achieve repeatability error ≤0.003 mm,system detection accuracy ≤0.0005 mm,accurate detection of different models of brake disc fitting,and improve system reliability through the joint control management of upper computer and PLC.It mainly includes the following contents:1.Through the research and analysis of relevant technologies and theories at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of this paper are put forward in the light of the existing problems and the parts that can be improved.2.According to the actual project requirements,the overall design of the system was discussed,then the technical scheme of the branch system was elaborated,and the key technologies were analyzed in theory and engineering practice.Software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks is needed for digital design and 3D simulation of the system.3.Analyzed the function,working principle and circuit composition of the pneumatic system,and completed the design and selection of the pneumatic control system of the whole system.4.Analyzed and applied the control system hardware,including PLC,switch and sensor,industrial computer,etc.,and designed the electrical principle of the system.The control system software design includes: PLC electrical control program and upper computer software.Use GX Works2,Visual C++,and MySQL.5.Error analysis of the test system includes: structural error analysis,sensor error analysis,benchmark error analysis and repeatability error analysis.It is necessary to use Excel and MATLAB to analyze the relationship between deviation Angle and detection error and whether the detection repeatability error meets the actual engineering requirements.6.Analyze and summarize the operation of the system and put forward the improvement.The system has been put into operation,reducing the labor force,improving the delivery speed,and system beat control is stable,achieving ideal application results.
