Nowadays,the application of mass concrete structure is more and more extensive in construction engineering,but the following is the problem of cracks that have not been effectively solved.If the problem of concrete cracks can not be solved,it will inevitably lead to a series of safety problems.This is more obvious in the high-rise foundation,because in the process of concrete pouring and maintenance of the high-rise foundation,a lot of hydration heat will be generated,and the generation of hydration heat also indicates that there will be temperature stress,thus there will be temperature cracks,the ultimate result will be damage to the safety and use function of the structure.Therefore,it is extremely important to find a reasonable method to reduce the possibility of temperature cracks.It is necessary to scientifically simulate the temperature field before construction and take a series of measures to control its temperature so as to reduce the occurrence of temperature cracks.It also shows that it is not only necessary but also of great practical significance to study the temperature field of mass concrete in high-rise foundation.For a long time,facing the construction process of mass concrete,whether in engineering design or in engineering construction,how to control the temperature cracks of concrete in a reasonable range has always been a major problem.Because there are many factors affecting the temperature field,and the parameters are complex,the key to control the temperature field is whether the actual working state can be accurately simulated.Based on the existing research results,this paper mainly studies the causes,influencing factors and preventive and control measures of temperature cracks in mass concrete foundation.Firstly,based on the basic theory of temperature field,the whole process of heat conduction is analyzed in detail,including the setting of initial conditions of temperature field,the determination and treatment of boundary conditions,etc.Then,the finite element method of basic equation of heat conduction is briefly introduced and simulated by using finite element software ANSYS.The main content of analysis is the large volume of high-rise buildings.Thermal-structural coupling effect of concrete raft foundation.In the analysis,the possible boundary conditions and the possible influencing factors are fully considered.Then,by comparing the results of the analysis and the actualmeasured results,it is found that the coincidence between the two is high,which indicates that the simulation using ANSYS has great rationality and scientificity.After that,through the analysis of the temperature stress field,it is found that the error is not large enough to keep within a reasonable range.Finally,the factors that affect the temperature field and stress field are studied,and the optimum range of the hydration heat coefficient is obtained.The analysis in this paper can be divided into theoretical and practical aspects.The mass concrete raft foundation of high-rise buildings has been studied comprehensively,so the results obtained have high reliability.The numerical simulation technology used in this paper,which is based on the actual project,can give a good demonstration in the same type of project.At the same time,the conclusions drawn from the analysis can also provide a valuable reference for the temperature cracks encountered in the use of mass concrete structures.
