CRP as a kind of waste plastics modifier, the dry process of CRP modified asphalt mixture mixing making is good mixture directly add a certain dosage of CRP modifier,again in the current mixing temperature of mixing time, the last to join mineral powder mixing dry CRP was modified asphalt mixture. It appears in a certain extent, solve the waste plastic modified asphalt segregation and storage stability of serious problems. In this paper, combined with modern forms of main disease, by a large number of indoor test, targeted for a comprehensive study of dry CRP modified mixture and comparative analysis, the main research is as follows:1 Through the performance test of CRP modifier, namely, CRP and simple heating asphalt miscibility test and CRP and aggregate mixing melting test, show that CRP modifier can under the mixing temperature of mixture mixing can achieve modification effect after a short time.2 By means of dry method CRP modified asphalt mixture asphalt extraction experiment, testing dry CRP performance of the modified asphalt(extraction), with the matrix, wet CRP contrastive analysis of the modified asphalt, the result shows that dry CRP is make CRP and asphalt modified asphalt mixture mixed solution so as to achieve good modification effect.3 Through the dense gradation AC- 13 ordinary asphalt mixture with 4% ~ 6%of CRP content of dry method and wet method modified asphalt mixture Marshall,rutting, freeze-thaw splitting, conventional mixtures, such as the low temperature bending test, analysis of dry CRP high temperature performance of modified asphalt mixture, low temperature crack resistance, water stability, resistance to deformation and road performance, the results showed that dry CRP high temperature performance of modified asphalt mixture, water stability, resistance to deformation ability were improved significantly, the low temperature crack resistance performance is best.4 Through the raw material properties and aggregate gradation composition of dry CRP to study the influence of the performance of modified asphalt mixture at high temperature, the choice of two kinds of performance of different asphalt and aggregate and the content of two groups of coarse aggregate of different AC- 13 aggregategradation composition, respectively for dry CRP of modified asphalt mixture Marshall test, rutting test and freeze-thaw splitting test,experimental results show that choosing high consistency, high softening point, penetration of asphalt, the crush value is small,the needle flake and the content of soft rocks, broken hard, much less water chestnut,particle near the surface of the cube coarse aggregate, and the appropriate content of coarse aggregate gradation composition, more reasonable ore to reduce or increase in the amount of asphalt content to increase the structure of asphalt dosage, dosage of 6%in CRP dry CRP of modified asphalt mixture under high temperature rutting resistance,resistance to deformation ability, resistance to water damage ability can get a better improvement.5 Through the test section of the scene material taking routine test for asphalt mixture, the study shows that the actual engineering application effect is good, the prospect of popularization and application.The CRP modification based on dry asphalt mixture performance test research,application for dry waste plastic modified asphalt roadbed provide certain reference value.
