The interlayer binding status of asphalt pavement has great effects on pavement performance. Rutting, fatigue cracking and pavement design indices etc in asphalt pavement relate to the interlayer binding status. So, how to ensure the interlayer binding status of asphalt pavement is very important to asphalt pavement design. Whether present asphalt pavement design method is of rationality can be impacted and verified by field test. In this paper, the test road of Shanxi to inner Mongol's long-life asphalt pavement from is detected and analyzed.The relationship between the whole stiffness and interlayer coefficient of double-layer beam is derived by the methods of mathematics and mechanics among the interlayer smooth condition,continuous condition and part continuous condition. The relationship is theoretical basis to recognize the interlayer binding status. Referring to the bending test of asphalt mixture beam and combining with theoretical formulas of double-beam, the modulus and stiffeners of asphalt mixture double-beam in the interlayer smooth condition is acquired. According to the test results, the theoretical formulas are modified. The stiffeners of asphalt mixture double-beam treated with bonding oil in interlayer are acquired by the test. Combining with theoretical formulas of double-beam, the interlayer coefficient of asphalt mixture double-beam can be acquired and the recommendation of optimal asphalt content of bonding oil is given. The test method and theoretical basis is fit to solve the interlayer binding problem and helpful to be more accurate to calculate the asphalt pavement structure. In this paper, paving, objective and scheme, embedment of detecting instrument of Shaanxi to InnerMongolia's long-life pavement structure are introduced. The test results of the grading gravel layer and foundation are concluded and arranged. The calculation results are acquired by Bisar program. According to comparative analysis of field test and theoretic calculation, the elastic layered system is further verified, and the modified stress value is obtained. This study is of reference value to long-life pavement design.
