With the development of society and economy, especially the improvement ofliving standards, leisure has become one of the people’s daily needs, and theembodiment of the pursuit of quality life. National plan on new urbanization(2014-2020) as a guidance document, affirms the urbanization to promote thedevelopment of the society, and encourage innovation path of urbanization. Yunnanprovince, as a mountain region, mountain urbanization is the necessary way ofregional development. Balanced development of urban function should be guided inthe process of mountain urbanization, leisure as one of the four functions should betaken seriously. Under the background of mountain urbanization, how to configureand integrate the urban recreation space is one of the task mountain urbanizationfaced.This paper based on the system concepts, mainly from the interlaced subjectssuch as landscape ecology, urban planology, recreation behavioral and the perspectiveof the macroscopical to study the Yunnan mountainous urban recreation spaceconfiguration and integration. The research content mainly is divided into two parts:the first part is analyzed the theory and background of Yunnan urban recreation spaceconfiguration and integration, including Yunnan mountainous landscape, urbanlandscape effect after the embedded analysis and urban recreation space. The secondpart is based on the others`results, in the face of the problems existing in the urbanspace planning and construction, puts forward the concept, principle, content andprocess of configuration and integration of Yunnan mountain town, summarizes thegeneral pattern of recreational spatial layout in Yunnan mountain urban.Recreation space of mountain town should pay special attention to thecombination of rest space and the tourism space, that is to say the effectivecombination between rest space of cities and tourism space of suburb, outside the area;Recreation space of mountain town should be combined with Yunnan mountainouslandscape pattern, especially with the combination of the mountainous topography. Yunnan mountainous urban recreation space is mainly composed of mountainlandscape, farmland, forest land, garden land, natural wetland and urban landscape. Inthe progress of configuration and integration of mountainous urban recreation space,applying mountain, river and road three elements to connect space, configuratelandscape and design circuit should be given special attention.
