The Traffic Safety Countermeasures Research On The Secondary Road Of Mountain Area In Yunnan Province

In recent years,China's national economy sustained and rapid growth,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,public transport demand,the western regions,rural areas,\ "march\" in the travel demand will increase further,highway transportation plays a huge role,but with the development of road transportation enterprise and automobile industry also bring about many negative impacts,such as traffic accidents,etc.And Yunnan highway transportation plays an important role for economic development is more,this is decided by the special geographical position of Yunnan province.Yunnan is a mountainous area and inland,the frontier province,mountains,mid-levels district accounted for more than 94%,mainly highway transportation,in the province and around 90% in the province for the present social traffic is done by road.The world health organization(who)has released the global status report on road safety,according to the world the number of people killed in accidents each year is about 1.27 million,in some developed countries,4% of the total death toll died in traffic accidents.The harm of frequent traffic accidents,has not only reflected in the number of casualties,and caused huge economic losses,has become a serious social problem.In recent years,Yunnan in national policy under the influence of the "region",under the guidance of bridgehead for South Asia,Southeast Asia,Yunnan endings from the opening to the outside world,into the forefront of opening to the outside world,has become the major inland channel to Southeast Asia,South Asia.Various undertakings development,has brought the growth of traffic demand,however,for the mountainous area of Yunnan,due to the complexity of rugged mountainous terrain,mountain roads are widespread curve and long ramp,high embankment,and economic conditions,the road alignment and pavement subgrade quality problems,also lack of road maintenance,makes the Yunnan mountainous secondary road conditions is very bad,Induce a large number of road traffic accidents,grim situation of mountain area highway traffic safety,to the people's life and property safety brought great ribs,at the same time also affects the region's economic and social development.Therefore,the research of Yunnan mountainous secondary highway traffic and road traffic accidents arising from the,it is very important.This paper put a foothold in Yunnan mountainous area on a secondary road traffic safety research,analyzing the characteristic of the Yunnan mountainous road traffic accident analysis,accident mechanism and accident causes.In Yunnan and Anning city several secondary highway as an example,and on the road itself,traffic,road traffic environment and traffic and so on four aspects of research.Detailed analysis of the influence factors of mountainous secondary highway traffic safety,combined with the plateau mountainous area geographical environment of the secondary road,road grade,and the characteristics of the traffic,the location of traffic safety facilities,form choice to conduct the research,put forward the construction of Yunnan mountainous secondary highway traffic safety measures.
