Since reform and opening up in China, rapid economic development, particularly economic growth for many years in China since entering the new century ranked the highest in the world. The construction industry as one of the important drivers of economic growth in China, a growing number of areas in order to improve the residents’quality of life, economic growth in the city, a large number of large projects were started and construction. Although, from the perspective of economic growth, large projects can effectively promoting the development of other related industries, boosting urban economies. However, as the product of construction engineering projects, investments and labor, material and energy consumption are considerable and, consequently, once an aspect of imperfections in the construction process or progress could not be completed according to the scheduled time and quality, but what about people’s lives and social stability will have a huge impact. Therefore, any of the development and implementation of the project must take into account the progress of the project and risk control, the project’s cost and quality management in the first class status. But construction started late in China, many management tools as well as the project it also led directly to the lower awareness of the importance of our country’s construction industry is still fairly serious questions remain. Based on the excellence of the construction industry in recent years results in terms of the rate, although there is a greater progress, but overall excellent rates still gap with the developed countries in Europe and America.As a developing country, and the progress of the project supervision and risk control research in areas such as far behind the developed and the project schedule and risk control weak sense. It is therefore, at present, our project risk management is still at an early stage, for risk-analysis techniques for the study and the risk is also not proven, there are many, many of the areas that we need to go to the systematic, scientific experience of the leading companies developed excellent analysis concepts and approaches. This is also a direct result of our project management theory to study is weak, and the scholars and more focused on the construction of the project cost in control, and not to ignore the project’s progress and risk control.Risk management has been more and more company managers to understand the project risk management can have a direct economic benefit. A correct understanding of risk, reasonable avoids risk, can make the project with minimal losses. If the good project risk management, it can enhance the project profit. Therefore, we should strengthen project risk consciousness, master project identification technology, carry out the project to identify and evaluate, timely preventing and defusing risks, these for any project management level and investment benefit, have particularly important sense. In this paper, through theoretical and empirical research conclusions are as following:(1) The success of a project by a lot of factors, a project is not successful, requires only one factor. Therefore, engineering project in the implementation process because of the many aspects of the influence of uncertain factors, so that the actual project goals and objectives have certain difference.(2) The engineering project construction took a complex project, in the project advancement receives including the fund, the personnel, the policy and so on each kind of outside influence and the disturbance, and the different influence and the disturbance factor the consequence which brings regarding the project research and development also have certain difference, the enterprise should act according to the risk size, chooses appropriate should to and the circumvention strategy. The reasonable risk management is must as far as possible reduce possible or the risk consequence which the risk event occurs.(3) Through the real diagnosis research, the risk which the network review technique can in the active control engineering project appear, and carries on the effective adjustment according to the risk time and the venture capital, thus reduces the enterprise to a great extent in the engineering project construction process economic loss.
