The Research On The Assessment And Planning Of Human Settlement In Xi'an Textile City

Update regeneration of old industrial areas and advantages of urban-rural location, to bring about the vitality and hope of the textile city. As the main city of Xi'an in the future, living is the most important needs, and the construction of the living environment has direct impact to the sustainable development of Xi'an. So in sence of reality and necessity, it is of great importance to study on the assessment and optimization of living condition,taking the textile city of Xi'an.The thesis is divides into three major parts. The first part is the theoretical research,about the basis of the research achievement and practical experience of human settlement. The second part, construct the assessment method and the evaluating index system of human settlement on the basis present research, by the question are surbvey on the residential subjective evaluation on the living environment, by mathematical methods,and evaluate the living environment from different angles, find out the problems of living environment of Xi'an textile city. The third part is designed to the priciple,optimization target as well as the planning implementation measme of textile living environment.The main research results can be summarized as follows:(1)Systematially establishing a evaluation index system of human assessment by taking narrow living environment of textile city, based on spot investigation.(2)By using evaluation index system and evaluation model of residengtial district,a live investigation, analysis and construction evaluation on the textile city is carried out. The results show that: human settlements in general of the textile city, away from the high-quality living environment.(3)The empirical analysis show that: there are five problems in the construction of human assessment of the textile city: residential planning, public service facilities, residential environment, residential construction. (4)On the basis of empirical study, designed to the priciples and the optimization target.The planning principle and construction measures of textile city human settlement, based on the four levels of urban planning, public policy, residential planning and residential construction, are also been proposed, as well as the planning and construction measures and suggestions.
