Sustainale building has turned into the direction of construction business, with the the problems of globe energy shortage and environmental deterioration become more and more serious and the construction business developed at top speed. The Sustainale building in China developed more later, and now is still at the beginning. Recently, the ecological Community appeared with the characteristics of green buildings. However, the hot spots of ecological Community are the use of the green building materials and the reduce of power consumption, and it is lack of consideration of water saving, water resource utilization and operational guidance.The key technologies and management of Sustainable Building were researched in view of water saving and water resource utilization. The conclusions are as follows:â‘ It introduced the characteristic and water saving capability of common water saving devices from home and abroad, and chosed waterless urinals as the key point to study. The develop future was realized by surveying waterless urinals'manufacturers from home and abroad and the acceptance degree of domestic consumers. It established the life-cycle-cost(LCC) model of waterless urinals using the net present value as measurement index from the view of life cycle cost and it verified that some building's reconstruction project in Chongqing about the replacement of the waterless urinals with the normal urinals was feasibility and reasonability.â‘¡It introduced the situation of water supply systems and water saving technologies, then the dorm 10 of Chongqing University was chosed to make pressure reducing experiments. The experiment results showed that the water saving rate reached from 10% to 10.4% when he pressure reducing valves were installed at the main water supply pipes; the water saving rate reached from 19.7% to 20.2% when he pressure reducing valves were installed at the branch water supply pipes. The later ways had the better water saving effect.â‘¢It researched the existed guarantee technologies for landscape water'water quality,and classified those technologies as external origin controlling technologies, water quality controlling technologies and internal origin controlling technologies. Taking ecological control of Mingzhu River as an example, it applied guarantee technologies for landscape water'water quality comprehensively.â‘£Remote monitoring technology system includes on-line monitoring system of building energy consumption and partial measurement system of building energy consumption. Taking the project of Chongqing University architecture's energy consumption partial measurement system as an example,it utilized the remote monitoring analysis system to analysed the water consumption characteristics of campus architectures from the view of time and types. The result is showed as follows: The water consumption of student dorms is low in July and August, while is the highest in September. The month variation factor is 1.6;Water consumption of student dorms per capita is 55~97L/d,The summer water consumption is 1.74 times than the winter water consumption;Water consumption's peak of student dorms in August always concentrated at 8:00 and 23:00. The peak variation factor is 1.71~4.11;The month water consumption per area order of Chongqing University architectures is as follows: the laboratory > the complex building>the library> the administration building.
