This thesis aims to study a pressure reducing device for energy recovery instead of the conventional pressure-reducing device in fluid transmission and distribution network system,achieving the purpose of energy recovery,then to achieve energy saving and emission reduction,green and low carbon.That provides a powerful guarantee for the extension of energy saving technology with good social and economic benefits.The pipe system of natural gas transmission and distribution network system,ammonia process,blast furnace gas,cooling towers,etc have a higher pressure.The fluid transmission and distribution network system is limited by process flow,equipment material,so it always requires to reduce pressure for the local in system.Traditional pressure reducing measures uses flow resistance element to reduce pressure,such as pressure reducing valves,pressure relief orifice,throttle pipe,etc.Reducing the surplus pressure in the system through partial resistance loss produced when fluid flowed the component.But this way of decompression will cause pressure energy waste and contrary to the energy saving and emission reduction policy.The pressure reducing device for energy recoverystudied in this thesis not only can achieve system decompression but also can recover pressure drop energy to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.According to the field arrangement conditions of device site,designing the pressure reducing device for energy recoveryincluding vertical and horizontal structure,the reference design of this device is installation structure of pipeline pump.The design theory of runner blades in the device is two-dimension theory,taking into account the Runner blades on the apparatus used for the design of binary theory,taking into account the combination scheme of parameter including the base circle diameters of volute,runner diameter,the number of assignment slot in deflector ring,the number of blades,etc.This thesis used UG modeling software to create a 3D modeling of the water body in the flow passage components under different schemes and used CFD numerical simulation technology to simulate and analyze the hydraulic characteristics.This thesis achieved the desired design goals by multi-scheme design.The prototype of vertical structure pressure reducing device for energy recoveryhave been created now,and the field test of it have been done.The corresponding numerical simulation results is consistent with the test results,so the numerical simulation analysis is reliability.The pressure reducing device for energy recoveryhas some differences compared to the traditional francis turbine,because the device is reference designed based on the structure of pipeline pump,the efficiency of the device is not very high.In later work,according to the special structure of the device the researcher can optimize the design of the flow passage components and improve the energy recovery efficiency.
