In the paper, domestic and foreign research of high-pressure reducing valve are generalized, then the scheme is designed, and the unloading air pressure reducing valve is designed according to its required capabilities. Finally, the prototype is developed, and preliminary experiments are processed. The unloading air pressure reducing valve is the high-pressure pneumatic component, the highest pressure value of the input air is 30MPa,which is 30 times as the pressure value in common use.High-pressure is the important means to achieve high-speed in pneumatic system. Raising the operating pressure is propitious to control velocity, output force and flow, and miniaturize components. Therefore, it is very meaningful to research the unloading air pressure reducing valve. And it lays foundation for some imperative significant equipment.Firstly, the general structure of the unloading air pressure reducing valve is designed, such as pressure regulation mode, pressure-ratio construction, collocation method of pressure spring, stress form of spool, and seal form of port. The balanced air inlet spool satisfies the pressure regulation request in super high pressure input, and can solve the problem of conflict between discharge characteristic and pressure regulating characteristic.Secondly, the dynamic mathematical model of the unloading air pressure reducing valve is established based on the general structure design. Then the model is computed by the simulation software MATLAB to analyze the influence of primary structure parameters to dynamic property, as to optimize the dynamic property. By dint of fluid simulation software FLUENT, emulate the inner flow field of the unloading air pressure reducing valve in two different port to realize the flow condition visually, especially the distribution of pressure and velocity field, in order to ensure the optimized port structure.Finally, the prototype is manufactured, a prototyping testing system is established, and the prototype is tested. The experiment results show that the unloading air pressure reducing valve has ideal pressure-regulating property and high pressure-maintaining accuracy. The maximal pressure-maintaining error is no more than 0.01MPa. The technical requirement is satisfied basically.The development of unloading air pressure reducing valve lays a foundation for research on high pressure reducing valve, especially the pressure reducing valve which has high input pressure and low output pressure. Also provides important reference for the research of such high pressure pneumatic components. |
