The Research On County Cultural Relics Conservation Planning Of Yanqing County

With the accelerated process of urbanization, the expansions of urban areas and towns have a certain effect on the protection of historical relics. Protection of historical relics in China now mainly focus on large and middle cities with high economic level, and the main target of protection is the national level cultural relics, and provincial (including municipalities) level cultural relics. In contrast, there is little attention to county level cultural relics in small cities and towns. This paper intends to study how to protect and exploit county level cultural relics, at the same time, develop the urban economy and society, and finally find out the bridge node of cultural relics protection and exploitation.In the course of the study, the author did a lot of research on domestic and international protection status. Through analysis and research, the author summarized protective techniques, methods which based on the investigation results of the research. Through basic research on county relics protection, the author pointed out the important historical and cultural value of county relics, defined the principles of protection and introduced the Integrated Conservation Theory. Based on the problems of Yanqing conservation status, the author analyzed the deep-seated reasons of the problems. Taking Yanqing county conservation planning as a case, the author introduces the concept of Integrated Conservation. From the integrity protection, conservation zoning, control area designation, view control, protection model and other aspects, the author presented the Yanqing County Cultural Relics Conservation Planning, as well as specific protection strategies. In the end, the author presented the principles and recommendations of county cultural relic's conservation, and actively explored the feasibility measures of county relic's conservation and exploitation which based on China's national conditions, promoting the development of county conservation orderly and healthily.As the research history of county cultural relic's conservation and development is not long, the theory and methods of county cultural relic's conservation have not yet matured. At present, experts give a useful exploration from all levels of county cultural relic's conservation. Overall, the special research of county cultural relic's protection and development in China has just started, there is still much space to be integrated and enhanced, so it is worth further research.
