| The past years in our country,the Chenghuang temple has always been a sacrificial public building exists in various cities.The areas around Chenghuang temple are core area of urban commerce and activity,which proceed culture of city,develop urban economics,and serve residents in the city.However,with the development of mankind and change of history,the demand of life is growing.The facilities and functions of Old County are increasing fragile and cannot meet the needs of modern life.As a result,the population of Old County gradually lost,leading to the traditional commercial culture area----Chenghuang Temple Area declined.Traditional Chinese urban agglomeration area suffered major damage.The traditional cultural and commercial areas around the temple,are increasingly dying out.The regeneration of Chenghuang Temple Area in Old County is inevitable,meanwhile,more cities are increasingly concerned about the status of Chenghuang temple and its surrounding area.How to reproduce the temple style in the around region,keep on Chinese traditional culture and its social functions,and meet the heart needs of people to Chenghuang temple becomes research questions for many cities.The region around Chenghuang Temple is core areas of economy and culture in Old County.The transformation and regeneration of temple area should combine historical functions with modern city needs,and tap the potential of the function and protection.Consequently,through activating the vitality of the Old County,Chenghuang Temple areas become an indispensable public and activity space in cities,which also become a new tourism area booming development of economy.Finally,the regeneration has positive effects on bothlife space in old county and economic development.During internship in studio of Professor Peiqing Qu,I had the chance work in a project which is regeneration and design of Chenghuang Temple areas in Fufeng County.Though the investigation and design practice of the physical environment,history and culture,I preliminary understand the status of the Chenghuang Temple areas in Fufeng County.This paper make a preliminary research about regeneration method of Chenghuang Temple areas in Old County which combined retrofit design in Chenghuang Temple areas of Fufeng County.This paper divides into three parts which is based on literature studies,field research and real project practice.First part is theoretical research,in the beginning,detailed description of the background and content of project.Then,focus on the culture of Chenghuang Temple and the formation and characteristics of surrounding area of temple.This paper which has am actual project as the background,is based on literature research and field research.It is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is the theoretical research.Firstly,the research background and content of the paper are expounded in detail.Secondly,it gives a detailed description of the formation and characteristics of Town God’s Temple culture and the surrounding areas of Town God’s Temple,and at the same time studies the situation of Town God’s Temple in urban development.The second part of the Fufeng God’s Temple status of the corresponding investigation and analysis,in-depth analysis of Fufeng county history and culture,the relationship between Town God’s Temple and urban space,Town God’s Temple city in the city’s functional characteristics.From the perspective of historical evolution,it extends to other representative Town God’s Temple and its surrounding areas in Guanzhong,and makes an in-depth analysis.This paper summarizes the common characteristics of road traffic,surrounding environment,landscape environment and commercial format,and points out the common problems faced by Town God’s Temple.Combined with the results of the survey and analysis,summed up the current problems faced by Town God’s Temple area and the urgent problems.At the same time,in the investigation and the analysis,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of thedesign transformation of the surrounding area in the City God temple.In Town God’s Temple area through the above research and analysis,summarized the city god temple area in planning,architecture,landscape,format etc.renewal design of elements,methods,principles and objectives,update the design scheme to provide theoretical basis for the later Fufeng Town God’s Temple area,the combination of theory and practice.The third part,the former two parts as the condition basis,summarizes the theoretical method to guide the design.According to the planning,architecture,landscape,road,format and other aspects of the surrounding areas of Fufeng Town God’s Temple,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and explanation of the design concept,design principles,design methods and innovation points of the design process.Combined with history,culture,environment,format and so on,it designs the renewal design which conforms to the old county town Town God’s Temple periphery. |
