| As one part of the National Natural Science Fund "Urban Planning and Architectural Design Research for Public Emergency" (50778047), this paper, on the basis of previous research, comes up with design strategies to cope with emergency and realize medical function transformation.Along with the level of urbanization speeding up, long-span buildings play a bigger role in the city owing to their special advantage. In emergency cases, long-span buildings assume more social obligation, such as, finding a place for the earthquake victims, providing temporary shelter, acting as rescuing places of pre-hospital emergency, which have become the prepare power of government's emergency system. Nowadays, sudden disaster events occur frequently, and the harm is unabated, then, earthquake, tsunami, ice and snow attacks, infectious diseases, collective poisoning and group health events become new threats. When people are panic and helpless, where is the legendary Noah's ark? Tender heart needs strokes, injured body needs treatment, safe, reliable and perfect supporting buildings rightfully undertake best shelters. When humans can't predict most disasters, we can still be ahead, let disasters become no longer suddenly, and supervise the relief work. By 2010, the fact that lasted more than 60 days to rescue the trapped coal miners successful in Chile give us a warning that the shelters in relief is crucial and relief need surrounding supports, also need to advance prevention and improve contingency ability reserves. At present, we should intensify the participation of social force make in an emergency, take full advantage of social public resources, and let long-span buildings play a greater role to protect people's lives and property security.This article, combining with the angle of disaster relief and long-span building features, aiming at the social responsibilities of large space buildings, puts forward the coping measures of architecture design. In order to construct emergency rescuing system, urban construction, in a period of frequent emergencies, on the basis of the principle of"fight and prevail at any time", must construct a scientific, orderly, and reliable urban facilities as the ready emergency power, realize the operability, predictability and high indemnificatory of contingency ability, and reduce the harm to a minimum. |
