| As the rapid development of electro-control and computer technology, electrolyzed system becomes a main trend in automotive technology and many electromechanical actuators have been applied on automotive system. This paper introduces a serve motor controlled wedge clutch system which has been used in shift process for 6T45 transmission. In place of the hydraulic actuation system with electromechanical actuator, the method provides an opportunity to avoid using hydraulic components such as valve and pump which are more energy-consuming, and to build an intelligent control algorithm which will be more accurate and stable. This paper mainly focuses on the dynamic analysis of electro-controlled wedge clutch mechanism, explains basic principles of different components and the action-reaction between them. This paper also builds dynamic equation for each component to provide a third-order state space equation, and finally finds out the factor influencing the stability of the whole system. With system dynamic equations, this paper builds a simulink model to analysis the system response under step voltage input condition and compares different response of system with modified parameters such as inertia and dumping. The work figures out the main factors which influence the response of system and makes it convenient to optimize the mechanism.Besides, this paper also provides a control oriented model for normal force during up-shift and down-shift process. With PID control algorithm the system response has been listed to verify rapid response ability of electro-controlled system. The model will be useful for development of shift control strategy. |
