As a key part of the vehicle transmission system,the wet clutch is widely used due to its good heat dissipation effect,fast shifting speed and high smoothness of engagement.The research on the wet clutch has always been a hot topic.One of the key technologies of the wet clutch is the precise control of the engagement pressure.This paper relies on a company’s horizontal issue to establish a simulation model of the wet clutch system,analyzes the influence of internal structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the system,and uses genetic algorithms to control the clutch control system.Optimization,and proposed an adaptive sliding mode control strategy to achieve the control of the clutch pressure.The main research contents are as follows:Taking the wet DCT clutch as the research object,the structural composition is analyzed,and the working principle of the main oil pressure regulating system,lubrication system and clutch control system in the hydraulic system is analyzed,and the mathematical model of each subsystem is established for subsequent simulation The establishment of the model provides a theoretical basis.Based on the AMESim simulation platform,the main oil pressure control valve,lubrication control valve,VBS solenoid valve,VFS solenoid valve and wet clutch are modeled.Through the simulation analysis of the model,the influence of control current of each subsystem on output pressure and output flow is obtained.Based on the simulation model of the wet clutch hydraulic system,the influence of the internal parameters of the clutch hydraulic control system on the dynamic characteristics of the system is analyzed.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the clutch control subsystem to improve the response speed of the clutch pressure.Fuzzy PID and adaptive sliding mode controllers are designed,and the controller is simulated and analyzed under starting and shifting conditions.It is concluded that the adaptive sliding mode controller can effectively reduce the error of clutch pressure control compared with the fuzzy PID controller.Has a faster response speed.Based on the CANape calibration system and TCU hardware platform,the vehicle test of the adaptive sliding mode controller is carried out.The results show that the controller can effectively control the clutch pressure.
