The Effect Of Uneven Settlement Of Foundation In Binhai Soft Soil Area On Frame-Shear Wall Structure By Back Analysis Method

Tianjin binhai new area is characterized by the soft oil area. The bearing load of the foundation in soft soil area is much lower, and the settlement is much larger. The uneven settlement happens easily. The uneven settlement of the foundation, which leads to the tilt of the building, the cracking or even the destruction of the house, is very destructive and is one of the most important reasons for engineering facilities and construction accident. Therefore, the study on the effect of uneven settlement of the foundation on superstructure is very important.In this paper, a certain practical project in Tianjin Binhai New Area is used to analysis the effect of uneven settlement of the foundation on frame-shear wall structure through the back analysis method. That is, considering the upper structure and the foundation's interaction, a certain displacement model is loaded on the bottom of the foundation, so the changes and distribution of the internal force which is due to the forcible uneven settlement of foundation can be calculated. Because there are no existing formulas for reference, so, first of all, we need to find a reasonable settlement formula through positive analysis method to make ready for back analysis method. So, considering the upper structure, the foundation and the soil's interaction, get the final displacement equation. Then put it on the bottom of the base, and analyze the changes and distribution of the internal force of the upper structure which is due to the forcible uneven settlement of foundation.Meanwhile, in order to study the effect of different types of the foundation on the upper structure, we choose box foundations and raft foundations with different parameters to analyze the effect of different stiffness of the foundations on the upper structure, so that it could provide references for the selection of a suitable foundation-type for the structural design.
