Frame-shear wall structure combined with the merits of the two structure systems, frame and shear wall structure. adopting frame and shear wall structure in the same structural unit can provide not only a more broad, flexible space to meet the functional requirements of buildings by frame, but also the strong resistance to reduce horizontal displacement by shear wall, So such structure was widely used in high-rise buildings.This article actually completed a structurue design of a practical frame-shear wall struc-ture project, and draw some useful conclusions to provide some reference for the structural design of similar projects, this paper work and to resolve issues following:(1) As the practical project seclected in this article is just a part of a multi-tower structurue, how to separate and analyse a single towe from a multi-tower structure and which palce can be used as the embedded fixed end of the upper parts will be resolved in this article.(2) four models of different wall layout established initially was analysed in this article, through comparing and analysing the control indicators (such as cycle ratio, the displaceme-nt angle, layer stiffness ratio, etc.), to choose a reasonable wall layout.(3) Dynamic analysis of determined structure model was completed in this article, including modal analysis, study the vibration characteristics of the structure; response spectrum analysis, study the control indicators of the structure for further analysis under 7 degrees (0.1g) seismic intensity; elastic time history analysis, Added calculation of the structures under Frequent earthquake of than 7 degrees, then compared with result of respon-se spectrum analysis.(4) Same issues concerned in the design of raft-type foundation was discussed, while raft-type foundation adopting in this project were calculated using two methods, namely rigid plate model methods and Winkler elastic plate model methods, and The results from two calculation methods were analyzed and compared.
