With the development of the national economy and social needs, China’s tallbuildings gradually rapid develop; tall buildings based on its own characteristics, thebasic role of the load is large, in order to meet capacity requirements and make fulluse of underground space, so the raft foundation is widely used.Raft foundation with good continuity and bidirectional bending characteristics,can enhance the overall stiffness of tall buildings, which not only for tall buildingshave a good uneven settlement regulation, but can also greatly improve the overallseismic performance of tall buildings. The concrete of raft foundation is a largevolume concrete construction, the pouring process will inevitably involve crack andheat of hydration issue. The papper based on a tall buildings, used SAP2000toconfirme the scope of the foundation soil settlement; analyzed raft foundationthickness, concrete strength on the basis of the impact of settlement; and analyzedheat of hydration of the raft foundation pouring process affected. Main conclusionsare as follows:1) The scope of the soil the length is about three times the length of thebuilding and the width is4times the width of the building, the depth is about2timesthe length of the building, raft settlement occurred mainly in the junction of twodifferent soil in project should focus on consideration.2) The maximum settlement value of raft foundation decreases with soil depthincreasing, at depth of75meters (Close to the two times building length))it is reachedat the minimum, and stabilize.3) When the raft thickness reaches1.2meters, uneven foundation settlementstabilize, then increasing the thickness is not economic; The effect of concrete gradeabove C30reducing uneven settlement is not obvious.4)At the beginning of heat of concrete hydration, the temperature increaserapidly, at80hours, the peak is51.5oC; to1000hours, atmospheric temperature isbasically the same temperature as atmospheric temperature.
