With the development of economy, the growth of population and the advance of science and technology, the energy structure based on petrochemical fuel will be less and less suited to sustainable development. Solar energy is favored consistently with its advantages such as vast capacity, environmentally friendly and so on. Among the variety of applications in solar energy, photovoltaic application is highly concerned. With the continuous dropping of PV modules'price and the developments of technology, solar PV systems will gradually transit from the current supplementary energy to alternative energy. Meanwhile, the application of LED light source characterized by energy-saving has also been developing rapidly. With the continuous improvement of its luminous efficiency, and the gradual decline in its price, the LED light source's advantage on the lighting also shows up. In the macro situation of"Green Lighting"targeting at environmental protection in China, the solar LED undoubtedly conforms to the needs of the future lighting.Human have a long history of using solar energy, and the use of LED as a light source has long been realized. But the combination of solar and LED for lighting has just begun, and has bright prospects. There are many needs of research and improvement in this industry, particularly in solar storage, solar energy controller, LED drive among solar system. Therefore, the research of the subject in this area has some practical significance。In this paper, we use white LED lighting technology to analyze the operating characteristics of high power LED, constant current drive as the LED driving method, SN3350 as the core to design and produce constant current drive circuit that can drive LED efficiently. In addition, the battery charge and discharge control of PV systems is an important factor affecting its life, and the controller's main role is controlling the battery's charge and discharge, so that the choice of solar controller is critical. This paper has designed the Solar Semiconductor Lighting Detection System and produced Solar LED Lighting Detection System. The main parameters of the Lighting system controller and the relative performance of the system were tested and analyzed. By detecting the parameter to determine the high performance solar controllers and solar lighting systems and make optimal portfolio.
