Research Of Unloading Type Hydraulic Controlled Hydraulic Cut-off Valve

Hydraulic cut-off valve,as one of the basic function components in hydraulic drive and control technology ,has been widely applied in industrial field, its performance has a direct influence on the work precision, using properties, processing quality and automation level of equipment, it also indirectly affect the quality and reliability of the products. The existing hydraulic cut-off valves are mostly manual driving mode, which hampered automatic operation of equipment, and its sealing performance is insufficient, so it cannot suit to the occasion of high requirements.In this paper, author designed and researched a kind of unloading type hydraulic controlled hydraulic cut-off valve, which has good manipulation, reliable seal, and long service life, through studied the traditional hydraulic cut-off valve structure and the existing seal way. The paper took a specification for example, which nominal pressure is 31.5MPa, and flow is 10L/min, to introduce the design process in detail of hydraulic cut-off valve, and author also completed the job of manufacturing, assembling and testing after design. The paper also designed a set of hydraulic test system for the cut-off valves. The system can provide the condition to finish the using regulation and complete the performance test of the hydraulic controlled hydraulic cut-off valve. The hydraulic test system included theory design of hydraulic system, hardware design by computer measurable & controllable platform, software design of data acquisition system based on LabVIEW, and experiment design of the cut-off valve test. Finally, the paper introduced the typical application of the hydraulic controlled hydraulic cut-off valve by example.The design of unloading type hydraulic controlled hydraulic cut-off valve in this paper has won the national patent of invention. It can provide hardware foundation for the development of related hydraulic control system.
