| This is a project paper, accomplished in Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France, which mainly discusses the design project of the Tailless Micro Air Vehicle, concerning different aspects such as: project management, project fund, and work assignment. The software XLFR5 has been used to analyze the different airfoil, and CATIA draws the three dimensional model of aircraft, which includes the analysis of aerodynamic performance: lift character, drag character and life-drag ratio character. What's more, the comparison of aerodynamic performance has been analyzed under different airfoils. In this paper, the management method is applied to the financial flow control, personnel assignment and project supervision, which could be found in each step of aircraft manufacturing and assembly.
