| With enterprise informationization running in depth, the existing problems of aircraft manufacturing process management, such as serial working mode and unsmoothed information exchanging, obstruct management and optimization of manufacturing process. Therefore, the technology system of aircraft manufacturing process management system is deeply researched based on manufacturing enterprises' requirements and idea of manufacturing process management. Accordingly, the paper is organized and extended by four parts, including the system architecture, information model, process integration and management, and application integration.Firstly, the overall scenario and architecture of aircraft manufacturing process management system are studied, analyzing the characters and requirements of aircraft manufacturing process management.Secondly, analyzing the manufacturing process information of aircraft manufacturing enterprises, information model is created by object-oriented approach, and data organization and management methods are researched. That sets up the solid foundation for process management and application integration.Thirdly, the paper analyzes manufacturing process of aircraft manufacturing enterprises, with the technology of workflow management. The process model of manufacturing process is studied, and information management, business management and user management are achieved by improving efficiency of manufacturing process.Finally, the technology and application mechanism of web service is analyzed, and the overall scenario of manufacturing process application integration is studied and realized.Based on researches above, a set of technology system for manufacturing process management has been formed. These will be the foundation of implementing manufacturing process management, and some of research results have been applied to enterprises. |
