Project Quality Management Of Aircraft Seal Product Manufacturing In TSS Company

With the rapid development of the global aviation industry,as well as China's first big aircraft C919 referrals,the development of the aircraft parts has entered to the stage of localization.The development of manufacture industry shows that China is one of the most advanced aviation manufacturing countries.The aircraft part manufacture company needs not only to follow the requirements of the aviation quality system AS9100 including product design and quality control,but also to meet the specific requests from the clients.Therefore,quality management is the most important part of manufacturing project.This thesis is focused on the aircraft seal manufacturing with the project quality objective of default rate,scrap rate and on-time delivery considering the characteristic of drawability and complex handcraft as well as low on time delivery performance.During the breakdown of the project quality objective,different product acceptance norms are defined based on the critical and non-critical aspects of the product application on the aircraft part.Molding process is adopted along the production of aircraft seal during which most of the default on the product surface occurs.The specific standards of Airbus need to be respected while defining the quality plan of aircraft part.The production realization depends on the results of first article inspection report which can also be considered as the project milestone.As the most important part of quality assurance of aircraft part,the alignment must be made with the client based on the review of all the product information from the first article inspect report.Through flow chart and PFMEA(Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis),zero delivery of default product and process reliability can be guaranteed.The manufacturing project work instruction ensures all the missions to be accomplished during each stage are recorded under the form of documentation in all the similar project.Besides,by adding information of instruction to the blank spaces in the information system,the error rate caused by manual manipulation can be largely reduced.During the quality control of the project,CpK(Complex Process Capability Index)can be used to identify the jig tooling in different status.It can also be used to improve tooling CPK from medium or low level to good or above.Use fishbone diagram to analyze the root cause of product default and then redefine the process parameter to reduce the scrap rate.The capacity simulation can be helpful to calculate the necessary overtime days per month,thus the production plan can be defined in advance,the equipment loading controlled and the on-time delivery guaranteed...
